What shipping method is used?
Currently we ship UPS ground. Orders can take up to three (3) weeks for delivery. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

What if I want a stone that I didn't see on the website?
If you are looking for a specific stone that was not displayed on our website, please do not hesitate to email us at fantasygems@mindspring.com and we will locate the item for you.

Are credit terms available?
Yes! However, your first order must be sent C.O.D, cash or certified check. Credit may then be established. To establish an open account, supply us with four (4) trade references of companies currently extending you credit. Allow four (4) weeks for verification. Tax I.D. number will then be required upon placing an order. Terms are 30 days net.

Are bulk orders available?
Yes! Bulk Orders are available to C.O.D, Cash, Certified Check and well-rated customers.

Are Specialty items available?
Yes! Specialty items are available, however the total charge of the item(s) must be paid for in advance.

Can I return an item?
Yes! We allow you to return products within fourteen (14) days. This period counts from the date you recieve the parcel. After said period, we will bill and no return is allowed unless authorized.
